ISC Networking and Telecommunications Email Services

ISC Networking and Telecommunications runs email services offered to faculty and staff of central offices and to students of the following schools at the University.

Other schools in the University have different administrative procedures for acquiring an account.

If a department or school that meets the above criteria is interested in acquiring email services from ISC Networking and Telecommunications, please contact ISC Client Care or you can submit an online Remedy ticket from the ISC Client Care web site.

Service Description

Getting an Account

Students enrolled in one of the above schools (with the exceptions of the School of Medicine and the School of Veterinary Medicine) can create their own accounts on our Zimbra server by using our PennKey authenticated self-provisioning application. Faculty and staff must contact their LSPs to have an account created for them. Users should contact their LSPs if they have problems creating an account or to ask about getting an account.

Account Services

Any user with an existing account can perform certain account management functions like changing the password for that account, setting a vacation message, setting a forwarding address and querying for current disk usage by using an authenticated web application.

Accessing Your Email

A user can access email using the campus supported email clients. Please see either the Zimbra or Exchange service pages for any limitations or recommendations for email clients with that service. We also make available webmail clients that users may use to access mail using a web browser.
