How do I forward a copy of my Zimbra email to an external account?
To enable forwarding:
- Using your PennKey and
password, log into the Zimbra Account Services.
- Choose the account that you would like to access and click Continue.
- Choose the Mail Forwarding tab at the top of the screen.
- In the Mail Forwarding screen, go down to the
Forward Mail to section and to turn forwarding on:
- Fill in your forwarding address in the text box supplied
- Verify that Keep a local copy of messages is set to "Yes"
- Click Update Account Mail Forwarding.
To disable forwarding:
- Using your PennKey and
password, log into the Zimbra Account Services.
- Choose the account that you would like to access and click Continue.
- Choose the Mail Forwarding tab at the top of the screen.
- In the Mail Forwarding screen, go down to the
Forward Mail to section and remove the forwarding address from the text box.
- Click Update Account Mail Forwarding.
