How do I forward a copy of my Zimbra email to an external account?

To enable forwarding:

  1. Using your PennKey and password, log into the Zimbra Account Services.
  2. Choose the account that you would like to access and click Continue.
  3. Choose the Mail Forwarding tab at the top of the screen.
  4. In the Mail Forwarding screen, go down to the Forward Mail to section and to turn forwarding on:
    • Fill in your forwarding address in the text box supplied
    • Verify that Keep a local copy of messages is set to "Yes"
  5. Click Update Account Mail Forwarding.

To disable forwarding:

  1. Using your PennKey and password, log into the Zimbra Account Services.
  2. Choose the account that you would like to access and click Continue.
  3. Choose the Mail Forwarding tab at the top of the screen.
  4. In the Mail Forwarding screen, go down to the Forward Mail to section and remove the forwarding address from the text box.
  5. Click Update Account Mail Forwarding.
