How do I view free/busy times?
Zimbra users can view free/busy times of other Zimbra/Exchange users that have made their free/busy information available. Free/busy information is made public by default in Zimbra/Exchange.
Zimbra Web Client:
- Using your PennKey and
password, log into the ZWC.
- To begin scheduling a meeting, click on the Calendar tab, then on the "New" button on the upper-left corner of the calendar screen. Alternately, you can select "New Appointment" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Schedule" tab, then select attendees to view their free/busy times. Their availability will appear as horizontal bars next their names if their schedules are known.
Zimbra Outlook Connector:
- While scheduling a meeting, select "Scheduling".
- Enter attendees for the meeting. Attendees' availability will appear as horizontal bars next their names if their schedules are known.
