How do I change the display name that is appearing on some messages that I send?
If you have no name specified for the contact in your address book, Exchange will use the display
name associated with the contact in the Global Address List. It's possible that ISC has incorrect
entries. Your contact can correct this error using
Account Services if they have an Exchange account; Zimbra users can ask their
LSP to correct this in
Account Management.
